Anyone else keeping an eye on the Arizona-Baltimore game? The kid Cabrera pitching for the O's is perfect thru 6.

Damn Mikey is not helping out his ALL Star campaigning

He needs to go on the DL if he wishes to get Nomar-type numbers

Phils in rain delay....a chance to gain a half a game if they dont play.

Cicadas!

How many runs can we get off their bullpen?

Crickets

DAMN ALEX IS HITTING THE BALL HARD!

Edit: And swinging hard too.

Now this is a team who truly has problems with their bullpen.

Jack doesn't like to mix things up on the batting side. He'll plug in players into the starting lineup from time to time to give a boost or send a message by dropping a guy in the order. But once the game has started he rarely pinch-hits for position players or will go out of his way to make the double switch. I'm guessing that's why a pinch-runner wasn't called on.

Anyway keeping Lenny's lefthanded bat late in the game makes it harder on the opposing manager.
