Theres also The Chance of Juan Pierre Making it...

2 of the 5 Players they are gonna mention could make it (Abreu, JP mentioned)

Bobby Abreu should have gotten in over Cabrera.

440422

Abreu's been the best NL outfielder not named Bonds this year.

440429

Abreu will be there, voted by the fans.

But you don't get a 21 year old kid hitting 20 out of the ballpark before the break every year

Were talking about cubs nation. Ramirez wins.

The fact that it's Alou over Abreu is ridiculous. I may be a phillies phan but I don't care that's stupidity

I agree, Alou over Abreu is a joke

Hoe did alou make it? Jack selection or player selection?

440494

Not positive but I'm voting as much as possible.

Abreu 304 AVG, 17 HR, 56 RBI's, 17 SB, .444 OBP, 1.021 OPS

Alou was selected by the players.

McKeon only picked Larkin, Cabrera, Thome and Jack Wilson.

P.S. VOTE ABREU IN AS THE 32ND MAN

Wow...Yankess and Rangers send 11 players combined.

Wow, the Izzle really got up there

I think that Giambi and Sosa should be man enough to say "we aren't having all star seasons this year, we aren't going to play." There should also be a requirement to be on and stay on the ballot. Still let the fans choose, but don't allow for stupid decisions. Make minimum stats, and if you don't have the varying increments you get removed from the ballot. Best way to do it IMO, because the fans do a good job for the most part. But Piazza has barely caught, Sosa has barely played, and Giambi has stunk the place up.

Piazza has barely caught

Before SUnday's game, Mike had more at bats as a catcher this year than at first. In fact, he played catcher almost fulltime when Vance Wilson went on the DL.

hehe... in other words, he has more at bats as a 1B than as a catcher.
