Don't forget Rick Ankiel. Whatever happened to him? He was supposed to be the next big thing

He had Tommy John last year and is hoping to pitch in the minors later this year.

He's still 24 years old so if he could figure it out quickly he could still have a good career.

I heard they are trying to make him a hitter fulltime

My picks:

-Jose Canseco

-Darryl Strawberry

-Jeff Allison (if he doesn't make a comeback)

-Josh Hamilton

-Greg "Toe" Nash (former D-Rays prospect who got in trouble with the law several times, and despite amazing talent, is out of baseball)

Josh Hamilton will be back someday.

yeah im gonna have to go with the Straw man on this one, though i hate to say it. waaay too much talent to be pissed away on drugs. id also put his buddy Doc Gooden up there too, as he had the same problem, just not as bad. it still affected his legacy. Canseco, my favorite player of all time, would without doubt be in the 700 HR club if not for the wasted mid-late 90s in which he couldnt play more than 50 games a year. quickest bat ive ever seen. anyone know what happened to Vince Coleman??
