HEART

Featured Replies

After watching tonight, I know we are going to pull it off, or go out trying 110%. We worked as hard as we could till the last at bat, including lowell's. He gave it his best and came up short, but i truly feel this team now will go back and say wow, we can do this. They played with heart tonight and i am damn proud of them.

HEART is what it is all about... ya gotta believe.

Every Day

Every Game

All Heart

The slogan returns. I liked what I saw.

my dad just came in and made the same comment i made. everyone sees it. EVERYONE... and he doesnt watch many games.

as far as losses go, it was a very good game. and seriously, its a game of inches, pierre's liner to branyan is a bit to either side or a bit higher, and its a 6-6 tie

yeah, we could have had it, but it just wasnt our night, i truly freel its much more important how much heart we showed... the wins will follow.

Looked like a great game even though we lost. I hope we take the next two games from them in blowout fashion :)

Now let's carry it into tomorrow and Sunday and walk out of here with 2/3

We had a great comeback, but still blew a chance to come within 4.5 of the Cubbies.

well 2 innings looked good, before then I was pulling my hair out.

someone let me know, I couldn't tell on the replay...

I know Lowell fouled the pitch off his foot, but did he also hurt his knee by falling on it or something? he was limping so badly I thought maybe he'd hurt his knee even worse....

to me, it looked like he may have injured it worse, but i'm no doc. From the looks of it - he shouldn't have been out there in the first place. He was quite limping before that foul too.

I believe in this team...but I'll repeat what I said earlier...our post season hopes will come down to how well we fare in this road trip in the west.

take 2 out of 3....

dont worry Juanky, all we gotta do now is win series, not over burden ourselves, and when that 6 game series against the cubs come, well be ready

We are in their minds, they are watching the wildcard standings, they see us.....so do the phillies and the giants....they know us....they know what weve done and what we can do.

LOL yeah i edited I called Juanky someone else cause i was looking at my sig LOL

thought so - lol..i got confused :)

This may have been the best loss of the season I thought for sure tht Lowell was going to come up and break out of the slump with a homer like his last slump, lets hope our offense can keep going tommorow and Dontrelle can shut down the Brew Crew.

i think they realized tonight what they can achieve, and while it didnt finish it off, they just knew they had it in them.

Heart yes, but the one thing they have been lacking as of late....

MARBLES! THEY HAD NO MARBLES!! :mad :

I think tonight, they got some of that back. :whistle
