At this point, they can't afford to lose anymore games. I'm sure if there is rain, they'll wait all night to get the games in.

Plus this is the last series against los Mets, so Thursday's game HAS to be played.

All of the rain from Frances is gone. But, this is still the rainy season, even without a hurricane, so its always possible.

its just fine today why couldnt we have a double header agianst chi today? That would make things alot easier wouldnt it?

Probably could have.

But the Cubs didn't want to travel or push back a game of their series with the Expos.

And the Marlins probably didn't want to have a game too soon after the storm.
