October 3, 200421 yr Should it be Kitna time once again? As of now I'd give Palmer another game, The Bungles don't look like their a new QB away from going on a tear so I'd give your future another chance to right the ship. However it's getting tougher to say that when Palmer's yet to beat a respectable team.
October 3, 200421 yr I'll also give him one more game, if he doesn't do well. I would start Jon Kitna.
October 3, 200421 yr No. Palmer is the future of the Bengals organization.I didn't agree with the desicion to start Palmer over Kitnad because I felt Kitna was the leader of the team but right now you stick with Palmer.
October 3, 200421 yr 2 words. 1st word, 1 syllable: HELL 2nd word, 1 syllable: NO Not even an option. We're not gonna do anything with this defense, let the kid take his lumps now so he's ready for 05.
October 4, 200421 yr yea, Palmer hasent been bad all things concidered, the bengals need there defense to step up, until then, even with kitna the bengals are sunk
October 4, 200421 yr He hasnt been horrible.....he is young too....he will be a pro bowler in 2 or three years.
October 4, 200421 yr You can't bench the man just because he is your future. Not Kitna. It has only been four games. Give him a season and see how he does.
October 4, 200421 yr I paid to see Palmer. He's a rookie. You take the good with the bad and vice versa. I like Kitna, but I'd rather stick with Palmer.
October 4, 200421 yr BTW Bengals fan You didn't have a defense last year either. Only difference between this year and last is the QB. Kitna was the leader of the offense wether you hate to say or not.He should have been the starter this year or at least let Carson unseat not just hand over the job to Carson.
