Tonights win = HUGE

Featured Replies

Tonights win was absolutely huge. We just won the second series out of two against the best team in the National League and the Wild Card leading Phillies. I actually had us losing this series. I had us losing in Boston, winning against Atlants, and losing this. We are shead of scheduale. Two games over . 500 and still rolling is going to give us some great momentum.

And what a night for Miggy. 4th Major League Home Run, another one of many doubles we had been used to hearing about in AA, and a single. Kudos kid. Same goes for Brad. Very solid outing. Couldn't have ASKED for more. Plus Loop with the save (although he did scare me briefly with the walk).

This team is made soley of heart and talent. They easily have the heart to go into the playoffs, with that Boston win and what they have shown in these two series. They easily have the talent to go into the playoffs. They have showed it these past 5 games againt two MAJOR competetors. We can pass the Expos soon, and that should be our major milestone or goal going into this upcoming week...

Let's do it boys.

Yea we got to believe and we got to do good cuz come october we got to be in the playoffs!"LETS GO MARLINS"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yea it was huge winning tonight now we have a chance to sweep them with one of our best starter (Mark Redman). I just wish he can pitch good tommorow it would be good if we get another win and start catching up.

We can get some breathing room If we can sweep tomorrow. There are some though series ahead.

However, this win is BIG BIG BIG. We just beat the Braves (#1 on our division) and we are going to win the Philies series (#1 Wild Card) :thumbup

dont underestimate anyone

Never have...

But I'm just saying, Cubs are playing bad, not sure 'bout the Spos, but we can catch-up right now...

WOW. Did anyone just see Lee's and Rollins plays on BBTN? Amazing concentration for Lee and Rollins absolutely STOLE a 3rd hit from Pudge.

Any team can win on any given day..Its not a matter of underestimating, I think this is more about confidence building to make a winning team out of the Marlins

In Baseball the only player that could get over confident is the pitcher.

Over confident = Arrogant = Barry Bonds/Roger Clemens

With Redman on the mound, we have the sense of control and maturity. We can play one inning at a time and know we can (if we have to) win it in the ninth. I pray for 9 innings from Redman because I still distrust the bull-pen. Every one of them. including Looper.

Looper's ERA persuades me to believe he's reliable...

But we need Red to go as far as his arm will allow him...
