July 7, 200323 yr Pudge would have been a better choice to make the team, his numbers were better. Castillo is doing below his normal average this year, with his steals way down from this time last year. However, I will obviously vote for him, because I thought we would have 3-4 players at the game (Willis, Lowell, Pudge, A-Gone). Gonzalez doesn't deserve it mostly because of his horrendous numbers in the last three years. He was our worst starter during that time. At least he's making up for that now.
July 7, 200323 yr They they not even consider to put A.Gon this is bull. probably had something to do with the way he's been slumping the last 15 games....if he had kept up what he was doing before he would have probably gotten in, but his average is like... .292 now i think

July 7, 200323 yr Guys, we really need to get voting. I just checked one of ESPN's polls in which they did their own Reserve vote. Out of 127,644 people only 17% say they voted for Castillo, while 42% voted for Geoff Jenkins. Vote for Castillo, and vote often! Tell your family, friends. There is no limit to how many times you can vote!
July 7, 200323 yr Forget the All-Star Game! They all need some rest. I prefer to have all of them rested for the only thing that matters: winning the wildcard or even more... I am not even sure I am that happy about Lowell going... he looked pretty exhausted yesterday and could use the days off, we need him.
