July 7, 200322 yr It's no wonder Gammons believes what he believes about his organization based on what he reads in the Herald, what his peers (on ESPN, Goldberg and LeBatard) spread around. I've followed Gammons since he was a beat reporter at the Boston Globe (lived there 40+ years). I'd like to believe he's more ill-informed than prejudiced against this franchise.
