why would anyone want to have the new stadium where the miami arena is???havent you noticed that its not the best area in the world.And your mistaken if you think people will take the metro-rail to go see a game.

Actually, the crime rate around the Miami Arena is actually lower than it is in Coconut Grove or South Beach.

 

Plus, you'd be amazed how many people south of Downtown Miami use the Metrorail to go to games there. Remember how packed the trains were for Panther games, or Heat games. Ever since the Panthers moved to ODS, I hate driving there.

 

When the Marlins move to downtown Miami, Metrorail is how I'm going to the games!

I will tell my dad to take me actually i'll go with my friends i'll have a car by then and i will have my license.

I want a Floridian version of Minute Maid, I love the glass in left field and the train.

 

Floridian version has a train (Flagler and the rest of the Henrys that built our once grand rail system in Florida), waterpark with a slide in center field for Billy to slide down on when Lowell hits a homer and for the kiddies to play in while their parents sit in the nearby picnic area. The outside would look like the Freedom Tower.

i suggested an aquarium, but that's too hard to maintain. Billy's Beach (waterpark in center) would be nice.
