March 27, 200521 yr There is no such thing as a curse--one of the reasons we hate the Cubs. They'll blame their futility on a goat, a fan, a baseball, anything but their players. Last year they blew up the Bartman ball. That didn't work, so they marinated it and sold it as an entree. Sox fans blame no one but the Sox, which is the way it should be. That's not to say we're not loyal and we don't get excited when it looks like we may have a chance to win...we're just disgruntled.
