April 22, 200521 yr If anyone is watching the local news- I'm in the neighborhood of the police search for some kind of domestic/shooting suspect. I live about 5 homes away from the house that they have cordened off. The incident started at about midnight last night and we learned of it because when my husband tried to take our son to school this morning at about 6:30AM, they were not allowed to leave the complex. We have only one way in and one way out of our development. There are swat teams all over the place. The police allowed a few cars through at about 8AM and my husband took our son to school but they wouldn't let him back in. He's been stuck outside the development since about 8:20AM.

The home they picture is obviously not the one that they are investigating. THat's at the entrance to the Estates portion, but outside the estates conclave.

April 22, 200521 yr Scary. I remember when I was at Hebrew School, there was a murder across the street, the whole school was locked down. And this lady knocked on our door, but we didn't know who it was. Needless to say, my teacher got so angry at the lady. She scared the lady I think.
April 23, 200521 yr I remember back in 5th grade, I heard helicopters flying around my house at about 8:00 at night. I lived right accross the street from my school. We turned on the news and found that someone had been stabbed at the McDonalds down the street, and his friend drove him to my school for some reason...At that point though, we thought it had happened at my school. But at school the next morning, they told us what had really happened...
