It's not called a screwball because of the motion, it's called a screwball because when you throw it, you literally turn your hand in a "screw" motion as if you're turning a door knob.

Playstation 2 .. $149.99

MVP 2005 .. $29.99

Network Adapter .. $39.99

These damn threads .. priceless

he throws pitches. They normally go towards home plate for a strike, sometimes they are a ball.

To me it's the guys like Mecir that make baseball inspirational.

PS2 modchip + DVD burner + Blockbuster Video card = priceless (literally)

Fastball and Screwball. Screwball should be available in the game, however when its working how it should it comes toward home, slides a bit to the left and then moves back to the right.

Mecir is in MVP 2005, so I don't know why you'd need to make him. Has the screwball, too.

A screwball....the wrist is turned oposite of throwing a slider. A slider moves to the left (From a righty pitcher) and the screwball moves to the right (righty pitcher).

I always thought the screwball was a reverse curevball, its thrown the same as a curve but flipping your wrist to the other side. The screw isnt as fast as a slider, so i always saw it more like an opposite curve
