Wow. Pierre is so clutch it's not even funny. And I think Florida has two best friends in Millwood and Williams! :lol :w00t

Lee finally slowed down, but two times he put HR swings out there in missed by about an inch or so.

Miguel Cabrera is now my Santa Claus

Mike Lowell is still my God.

A-Gon's back...

Castillo adds to his OBP...

Great game...

The bullpen comes up big-time today. Pavano has a tough night (although I don't think the ump did him any favors) but then the pen came out and really stepped up to keep the team right in it. Tejera and Urbina....wow.

appluad the bull pen fellas, we won because of them today..

:notworthy All hail Pierre! :notworthy

so once there was a team that nobody believed in

then their ace went down(AJ)

they lost a couple in a row

then their other ace(Red), and their other ace went down(Josh)

they had a crap manager and a bad pitching coach

then some kid showed up(DW)

then the crap manager and bad pitching coach were fired in place of a 72 year old, and a pitching coach from the minors

then they began to start playing 'their' ball

then another 'kid' came up and hit a walkoff hr

then the aces came back(not AJ)

then the superstar trade rumors were put to rest(Hulk)

then the wakeup game(Boston Massacre Game 2)

then the real run began

then a proven arm was acquired(UUU)

then a sweep of the leaders

now only 2 out....

what a ride its been, my barf bag is full, and my seatbelt is as tight as it gets.... keep it up Marlins!

Yep we are playing awesome and we are finally starting to hit clutch. Our bullpen was very good today and we are getting closer to the wild card!

I said after the Boston game we won that it would be a turning point for the team. That series woke up our offense and we have been rolling ever since. 15-8 since that game.

Honestly, I think it was the game in Boston that we LOST big time that was the turning point. Not the win after.

Today was why I love this team.

Pierre - Game winning hit with 2 outs in the 9th.

Castillo - RBI triple to tie up the game in the 4th

Redmond - big day subbing for Pudge. 2 singles and scored a run

Lowell - 2 run bomb, 3 for 4 overall

Encarnacion - saves 2 runs on an inning ending diving catch in the 3rd inning

Lee - ...ok nothing today but I'll give him a pass. Cabrera - 2 doubles and started the rally in the 9th, scores game-winning run

Sea Bass - heating up again. 3-5 with a double

Castro - comes out of hibernation with an rbi double, are you kidding me???

even Pudge and Hollandsworth drew good walks there in the 9th.

Urbina and Tejera were absolutely huge today.

Talk about a team win.
