I always thought this guy was good for us last season. We offered him 750 K in the offseason by he signed with SD for 1 million I think.

He is easily earning his money. Check out his stats this year!

(3-0) 2.54 ERA 28.1 IP, 48 K's

He would have helped our pen.

Seanez made his decision (where to pitch) exclusively based on his desire to be with his family this season.

In a couple of interviews he said he loved it here and his decision was based on family not the team, players or personnel in South Florida.

It's kewl to see him having an awesome, but we can't be a punch of pessimistic, whiney Dutch who complain about every player who isn't on the team anymore.

:thumbdown Im not complaining. Im just pointing out that he is having a superior year.

The Padres are on fire this season. They might be the team to beat in the NL this year.

He also cut back his inherited runner stats from 13 of 27 scored (10 of 16 with the Marlins) to 5 of 16 scored this year.
