I think they will add another set up type reliever. what do you all think?

If they trade for someone, great.

 

If they don't, I'm cool with that as well.

 

My only problem with them trading for someone would be giving up more prospects.

 

But, if they are going to go ahead with a trade, I'd say go get another reliever. You can never have enough good arms.

BTW: The angels released Kevin Appier today. Maybe the fish sign him to a minor league deal.

A Lefty reliever is needed....Almanza is horrible...I would be hoping that Admin Beinfest is looking into getting Felix Heredia (Former Marlin) or mabye Greg Myers.

another question is, lets say we add Ramp's favorite player ( Scott Sullivan) and maybe Heredia who do we send down? the only sure things in the pen are Loop UUU and Bump. then what happens when Spooney comes back? i guess these are nice problems to have when you are 10 games over.

Appier has a 5 + ERA, I wouldn't pick him up.

Let's say the Marlins decide to pick up Appier, would the Marlins have to pay his 12 million dollar contract, or would the Angels pay it?

Angels would.....

I say stay as it is. We have one month until the big rosters come up and that will give us the big boost we will need and be affordable.
