August 2, 200323 yr Jeff made his first appearance for the Gulf Coast Rookie Ball Team today. He started and pitched 2 innings giving up 0 hits 0 runs 2 walks and one strikeout. He still hasnt given up a run this year.

August 2, 200323 yr maybe we should put him in doubleA. LOL! If he continues to pitch well, he might make it up to Low A-Ball...He wont even make it to Jupiter this season. Will be nice to see him in Spring Training though next year.

August 2, 200323 yr There is no need to rush this kid! We have no hurry, we need to make sure he gets rocked and dominates at every level he is at before he moves up to the next one like a player in normal development is supposed to.
