Who'd have thought that Burnett and Beckett would homer this season before Willis? Weird...

Congrats to Beckett....we almost had two guys last night get their first homers too in Treanor and Andino (both shots went to the wall).

That thing was an absolute blast. I couldn't believe it.

D Train can hit it opposite field in DS all the way to the track. The power is there, but I think he doesn't really try to hit it far. He seems like he always tries to hit line drives...somewhere.

 

He could hit one if that was his intention...Or at least, you'd notice if he was trying. Guys like Josh and AJ....all they do is swing for the fences, becasue they can't hit for sh*t. THey are bound to make contact and hit is a long way if that is their mentality :mischief
