I would agree, but watching him play CF defensively ain't pretty.

You can play and still be eligible. It's based on how many days you spend on the roster, I believe.

and fyi ryan howard does not qualify he played last year in the phillies active roster so he does not qualify

he still qualifies, becuase he didn't have 130 or more at bats and he wasn't on the 25 man roster for more than 45 days
