This is a very tough one for me. Although I am a great Oogy fan I will pick Dotel.

I say Dotel...but if Uggy has his breaking ball working he'll prob. get the job done...maybe

of course this will be a very based post since uggy plays for us.

but take this same poll of to an astros fan forum and see the results

so its all good

dont really care...dotel aint on our team...plus its an all star game...big woop

I say Uggy.....but I'll take either.

I voted for uggy cuz sometimes dotel can get racked very hard,so i take uggy cuz he's more consistent.

Urbina's gotten us out of several jams already this year. Okay, so he messed up last night. Everyone has their moments.

My vote ----> Urbina

Dotel

def Dotel. He's the much better pitcher at this point. Look at the stats! Ugy is pitchign well, but DOtel is first class.

so Uggy is 2nd class?

compared to Dotel he is

Urbina, Much Less chance of getting wild than Dotel. I gotta pick Uggy because i have seen him pitch and get out of alot of jams....

compared to Dotel he is

I don't think so. Remember when Ugey had a microscopic ERA in Montreal? Oh yeah, then he went to the American League.

It an all star game i'll bring Dotel so if they score they dont score on the Marlins player , and i'll bring Uggy the next inning

You lose either way.....but I would pick Ugeth

Dotel, hands down. Choosing Urbina over Dotel is like choosing Looper over Gagne.

Well, look how Gagne performed in the All-Star game...

:lol

Don't jump on me now... just a joke ;)

Urbina = proven closer

Dotel = proven setup

:mischief2

And while I am not the biggest Looper fan in the word, I don't like Gagne hes basura. Bring on Smoltz!

Urbina = proven closer

Dotel = proven setup

What does "proven" closer vs. setup have to do with anything? The only reason Dotel's not closing for Houston is they have this guy named Wagner you may have heard of. Besides, set-up guys are better than closers as far as I'm concerned. They usually pitch in more critical situations than the closers.

Doctel would be a closer for most ML teams, but he's stuck in houston so he wont he the chance.
