hi i am new here and been a marlins fan since july 20-1997 and would like to hear from you which is the best trio of marlins of alltime

kevin brown

robb nen

 

2- miguel cabrera

willis

todd jones

I think he's going for the ever popular 'power hitter/starter/closer'.

That trio essentially won us a Championship.

 

But, IMO, Sheffield's '96 was the best single offensive season by a Marlin (to this point) ever, and Brown's '96 was the top pitching performance (being rivaled if not surpassed by Dontrelle's year this season) so it's tough to pick against those two, especially throwing in Nen or Leiter from '96 for the completion of the trio.

From a likeability standpoint I'd go Cabrera/Willis/Jones or Cabrera/Willis/Urbina

 

But from a pure effectiveness stanpoint I'd say Shef/Brown/Nenn

 

But don't forget Junior Felix/Hough/and Bryan Harvey. :lol

By no stretch of the imagination Cliff Floyd, Preston Wilson and Luis Castillo. A close second Sheffield, Bonilla and Alou.

This poll makes no sense to me whatsoever.

Cliff Floyd has to be my LEAST favorite Marlin of all time. And oh how they cried about not trading him. He's a potato chip and a bum.
