I love Peter Gammons picking the Twins over Cubs WS with Nomar as the NL MVP.

Actually, the "experts" didn't do THAT bad this year other than their love for the Twins, which is understandable. And big ups to Rob Neyer (who is my fav baseball writer anyways) for being the only man in America (including the White Sox fanbase) to pick the White Sox in the AL Central.

I laughed hysterically when I saw the thread title..... ESPN and Experts in the same sentence, HAHAHAHAHAHA!!!! :mischief .

Out of 20 experts, only 5 picked the Marlins to miss the playoffs...yeah, that really says something. :plain

As a whole, they really didn't do that badly, aside from the misplaced love in the Marlins, Twins and Cubs, but I'm amazed that no one picked what'll probably end up being the World Series this year: Angels-Cardinals, considering neither team was hard to pick against going into the season.

LOL @ Marlins in the World Series.
