The Reds are no longer in a cookie cutter stadium...unless some recent changes to GABP have been made. Riverfront did suck tho

It was about as big of a dump as Fenway is.

And Christ my Dad has been a fan for 42 years and has never seen the Sox win a World Series, excuse me for being a homer for his team.

ya me and my family got seats right on the 3rd base line, about 5 rows up, 4 tickets for a total of $16. I bought a cheeseburger and it was cold and i threw up in the hotel lobby in Cincy.

:lol :lol :lol

Because Felo's team blew this year he had to stick to the jock of a team that had the chance to do something in the playoffs to fill his baseball winning quota this year.

Congrats!

Or maybe it is because I live in Chicago and my Dad and brother are Sox fans. Who did you expect me to root for?

FeLo is from an area filled with Chicago sports fans, wouldn't necessiarily call him a bandwagoner

Thank you Spike!

I have no problem with someone pulling for a team, but you would have personally juggled the balls of AJ Piersynzki and Scott Podsednik in October.

And for you to talk down to me, and the Red Sox, is laughable.

Go back to your team with crappy owners, 73 wins, former stars, and cookie cutter stadiums and call me when they do something noteworthy sometime soon.

It is almost as laughable as you talking down to the White Sox fans. I wouldn't have said anything about the Red Sox if you did not throw out your Sox fan comment.

And oh my God how dare me talk down to you as a Red Sox fan! How many championships do you have since 1918? How about the Reds?

What White Sox fans have I 'talked down to'? Are you jumping on the bandwagon this soon?!?

Im only uncovering a fraudulent White Sox fan who had more then a casual interest in this team and nearly creamed his pants for every post season win they had.

"The White Sox will still go back home to their city where they dont even have the majority of the fans.

Now that is pwnage."

That isn't talking down to White Sox fans?

ummm....yeah it is.

But that's kinda the truth.

OMG my friends cousin' grandma's uncle's nephew's sister's monkey likes the Yankees!!!!

26 rings and counting baby!

My anesthesiologist likes the White Sox too....DEFENDING CHAMPS BABY!

And I am a fan of your mom because I threw it down on her last night....while you were watching game 3!

BTW, growing up a fan of that team and watching them since I was old enough to understand it and rooting for a team this hard just when they make the playoffs is two different things brah.

Ya Riverfront was a garbage heap. Old County Stadium in Milwaukee was much better, and the game I went to there I saw a piece of rotten wood fall after it got hit by a foul ball. I feared for my safety in Milwaukee and still had a better baseball experience.

Why all the hostility towards the White Sox or their fans?

Hey felo, where are you in Chicago? Im in Bridgeport right now. Can hear the fireworks as Im typing. South side deserved this man.

Riverfront was a dump, but County Stadium was a bigger dump.

Ok I have watched the White Sox since I was old enough to understand it to. Whats your point brah?

And nice Passion really nice, my mom is dead you creepy bastard.

So you have had two teams this whole time, you were just holding out on us?

No, where did I say I had to teams?

Try to stay with me here, I live about 40 miles outside of Chicago, so what games do you think I get? The White Sox! Wow, what a concept.

And when the Reds play the White Sox next year, I won't even think about who I root for, it will be the Reds.

I root for the White Sox when they are playing anybody but the Reds. If that means I have 2 teams, then yes I have 2 teams.

Can we get an AIM chat going for this or something? This is too good to not be live action for all to see.

By the way, Fritz, Bobby Pasednick and Jerome Die are awesome, but Ayjay Peergyntsuite is my favorite.

Again, my point is, the way you pulled for the White Sox this year was more then just a casual fan.

And dont compare me growing up with Duke and you casually watchng the White Sox in the same breath. Please, its not worth your time.

When I lived in North Carolina, I got Orioles games, that doesnt mean if they made the playoffs I would go nuts like you did after their series wins. :thumbup

I just find this so fitting in terms of the Cubs...a bunch of losers...they have the whole city cheering for them while a second highly capable team plays just a few miles away...but of course that other team is the bastard team that nobody cares about..."lets all stick to the Cubbies"...

well that bastard team just showed your Cubbies what winning a World Championship is like...

I'm no huge White Sox fan, (though I bow in respect to their 2005 dominance :notworthy )...

but Cub fans can kiss my brand new white socks... :mischief

and on a related subject...

Houston Astros = Fluke NL Champs...two years in a row, they make a late surge even though the numbers say they have the talent for NOTHING but a few strong starting pitching outings....then they hit the peak and just fizzle out...

No team can be fluke NL Champions nor can any champion be considered fluke. They won the games, give them their due.

Passion I think you are missing his point. He grew up with White Sox fans, he lives a stones throw away from Chi Town, and it is something his pops has waited his whole life to see...I can see why he'd be excited too.

I don't see why you are the only person that gets this.

And its not like I posted OMG WE DID IT OMG I LOVE THE WHITE SOX I ALWAYS HAVE OMG!!!

I was and am excited for my Dad, I have watched the Sox growing up, I go to atleast 5 Sox games a year, so yes I guess you can say that I am a White Sox fan. I just don't pay as much attention to them, or like them as much as I do the Reds.

The White Sox will still go back home to their city where they dont even have the majority of the fans.

Now that is pwnage.

What is pwnage is what they did to the Red Sox in the 1st round.

And what they did to the Indians in the last three games of the season...of the Indians' season, that is.

The kid took a virtual dump on me and my team post-ALDS as if it was his team that did something, Im just calling him out on that and the way he acted.

I havent bad mouthed any team this post season, not once, do a search if your pea-sized brain can handle it without pming Admin.
