Gators At Hurricanes Tonight

Featured Replies

What do you think, can the Canes make the Gators 10-1? This would be a nice win for the Canes in what has really been a frustrating season so far. We got the talent to get it done the question is, can we?

Winning up in Gainesville last year was huge. Unfortunately I don't see a repeat of the upset coming this year, though if Harris is back to 100% it could be interesting.

Should be a great game. Two pretty athletic teams.

If Miami can get their act together they should win with that home court advantage.

This stupid game is the reason the Panthers game is blacked out tonight :thumbdown .

Taurean Green is my boy, went to my high school and he put on some of the greatest games I've ever seen. (Well for a high schooler)

This is a good game right now, although it seems the Gators were ice cold for much of the first half (I'm not watching, it's not on where I'm at).

UF has been solid in second halves this year. If Miami can decrease the number of runs the Gators go on, they could easily win this game.

We had that game damnit! We let it slip away late in the second half.. This team isn't making the tournament.. We might not even make the NIT this year..

Lobos better win tonight!

haha, i should learn to turn off UM games when we have less than a 10-point lead with 5 minutes left in the game.

on the bright side, i wholeheartedly anticipated that ending.

Gibbons, WA, or his other schools?

Gibbons, true it was one season but man that 50 point game against North Broward Prep just solidified my feelings that he could make it big time.

Canes have been pretty disappointing this year.

Guillermo Diaz has no idea how to play basketball, and it's disappointing to see that he hasn't improved at all from last year. I don't see him as a first-rounder any more, and he may have no choice but to stay next year.

The team has been getting worse since about January of last year. I don't get it. I'm really not yet sold on Frank Haith. Dude's got some work to do. UM should give Stan Van Gundy a million plus a year to coach some ball. Then we'd have us a real program.

I am not opposed to gutting this team. Let Diaz, Hite, Harris, King walk and build from scratch. Edwin Rios will be a nice building block for us. We need to get big men that can score.. The ones we have now cannot score for jack.

It's awesome for UF to be 11-0.

The Canes have a lot of talent, just need to pull it all together. I look forward to this being a great rivalry for years to come.

I am a gator alum, a gator fan , glad they beat Miami but NO WAY are they anywhere close to being the 5th best team in the country. That said I like this team more than last years team . As far as Miami basketball.....well at least they have a good football team :)
