February 15, 200620 yr Angels signed RHP Jeff Weaver, who had been with the Los Angeles Dodgers, to a one-year, $8.5 million contract. Weaver probably won't have much value in mixed leagues now that he's back in the AL, but Anaheim is a pretty good situation for him, especially since Darin Erstad will be back in center field this year. He should be good for 200 innings, 13-15 wins and an ERA in the 4.20-4.40 range. Feb. 15 - 2:49 pm et c/o Rotoworld.
