Holly? Can't you nurse Hermi back to playing shape?! :mischief :whistle :thumbup

:pray I could only wish.

Sorry Holly. :confused

Its okay. But I might have trouble trying to sleep. :banghead

Its extremely depressing

We didn't expect anything special from the Marlins this season, and that is exactly what we are getting.

I realize that the team is young and they will get better (hopefully), but to continually lose on such a bitter note is just killing me.

Tomorrow is another game and I got a feeling Scotty is going to pitch a pretty special game tomorrow.

we just got out-played tonight... this loss doesnt even register on the losing scale like some of the other recent ones have been

i dont mind losing these games

what do you guys think of Cabs lately?! His form is 'off' :plain :mischief2

lol...maybe he's outta shape? I remember reading that JP/Willis article from sun-sentinel...and it said JP joked w/ Cabs about his new belly (lmao) after they did their handshake!! :D

Seriously, are you watching the same sport as the rest of us? His OPS is over 1.000, he is hitting despire having nothing but crap to swing at.

Here's my take....

Tall and skinny didnt pitch as well as the line looked. We hit A TON of piss rods that were hit right at people. Even The Don smoked one right to the SS.

Also, the Kool-Aids rope to home plate beat the runner but Olivo normally makes that play.

Dont get me wrong, the game was frustrating but not nearly as bad as Meltdown III the night before.

As a side note.....after watching Kool-Aid make that throw to the plate I say we never have Reed start again. At least Kool-Aid might King Kong one once in a while and he plays very nicely in the field.

Miguel Chubrera has packed on a few pounds. I guess marriage has agreed with him?
