what do you guys think of Cabs lately?! His form is 'off' :plain :mischief2

lol...maybe he's outta shape? I remember reading that JP/Willis article from sun-sentinel...and it said JP joked w/ Cabs about his new belly (lmao) after they did their handshake!! :D

cabs isn't getting anything to hit. maybe he's pressing at the plate. happens to the best of hitters.

people are down on cabs one night after hitting a homer and a double of Zambrano? He also started this game hitting 333. :lol

i was just doing the math right now which kinda depressed me (i like torturing myself i guess), we could easily be 10-8 at this point. its one thing to lose, i expected the losing but that potential record compared to our actual record makes me sick.

Not much to say tonight. Just a one-page type vent thread, as opposed to about 6 separate threads last night. :confused

Just not enough hits today, & all singles.

Hermida may take a few days longer to come back than previously thought too...

We could sure use another bat.

Well, I guess after last year when he worked on striking out less...seeing him strike out so often is odd...also, he is hitting little weak balls. I havent seen him hit that many bullets

damn that's crazy! I still like this year's team better though, cause last year, I'd get sooo much MORE pissed off at their losses...cause you expected them to be winning...now, the positive is worth so much more to me than what it was last year

That's what I've been saying. He's still on pace to hit .320 35 hr 120 rbi. Pretty damn good, if you ask me.

Atleast we know our problem. The Bullpen. That can somewhat be fixed overtime. All we need to do is have great starting pitchers and Great Lineup. The others can be fixed. *hopes*

Hermida may take a few days longer to come back than previously thought too...

Said it before and I'll say it again, 3 most talented players we've ever drafted (in my mind) have all been seriously haunted by injury (Beckett, Hermida, Stokes).

Just what we want to hear. Thanks for being so positive. :plain

When Hermida had the wrist injury last season, I remember being concerned that maybe he was one of those "delicate" guys. When he wasn't healthy in spring training, I thought about it again but pushed the thought away. Now with the hip flexor, I've got to say that I'm consciously worried.
