Packers have no reason to, they drafted Favre's replacement last year. Aaron Rodgers showed that he isn't what they expected last season. I'd draft Leinart or trade my pick if I were the Pack. Their defense sucks hard. They need players on that side of the ball. If they don't take AJ Hawk or Michael Huff, I'll be surprised.
April 29, 200620 yr Draft has gone exactly as expected to start the day. Next 2 picks should be AJ Hawk to GB and Vernon Davis to SF. The draft should really heat up with the Raiders at 7. Leinart is a strong possibility, but if he slips from there that could be great news for the Dolphins. Cutler might be more likely to slip to 16 then and would create a decent trade market at 16. Should start to get fun very soon.

I really, really hope we take Cromartie. I think he has the potential to be Deion Sanders, but with better tackling skills and more size. so does Oakland take assuming SF takes Davis??? Cutler??? Probably Leinart.

I just don't want him to become the next Phillip Rivers, who is not ready to lead a football team at all.
