Nolasco will get his chance to start before this season is over, but Moehler will get at least two more starts (and more if he is able to do well in either of those two). And yes, this was a great win. Tonight JoBo has solidified his position as our closer.

great win, to finish off the win and by 1 run too!! :)

moehler prolly does get 1 start, if not nolasco all but has the job given to him. jobo is our closer for now, and i would still like to see german setup more.

Yes, then intentionally walk Hammer. Guess Frank had a gut feeling about the situation.

Because Cabs career batting average drops 50 points in close/late situations?

Although, in the interest of fairness, I will note he was hitting .314 in said situations this year before tonight's impressive AB.

That may be the case, but we have to consider he was 21 or younger in those ABs. Miguel is demonstrating patience at the plate this year that was uncharacteristic when he was younger. Expect him to continue to improve. Hitting .318 with little protection is very impressive for a 22 year old.

Yeah he also has like 20 walks already, he'll get about 100 this year. But also he won't get any rbi chances. OH well, anyways, just happy we got that 7th win. The question is now when will we win another game?

Why the hating on Cabrerra? Did you bet the ranch on the over one night when he didnt come through with a big hit?

Not a good choice for a whipping boy. There's plenty of fish in that sea.

Great game to be at.....There were at least 10 marlins fans in my section who all flew up from Miami to see the game....I had so much fun despite the fact that RFK is a sinkhole.
