Ok guys. In order to release some tension and keep the mind awake, i like to come up with Hiakus. These are like poems, but are 3 lines long, and each line is divided accordingly

7 syllables

So in the end it has to add up to 17 syllables. this is the Old japanese traditional way, and thats how ive done it... so it can be about any subject ( obviously about the Marlins in this forum) and it really doesnt need to have any coherence.So lets see what you guys have. Ill start it off with mine.

Check your postings. You called recent criticism of Looper "idiocy." Those are your words!. And I never expressed "hatred" for Looper. I said only I thought he was mediocre and not championship calibre. (Check the archives for what I said.)

And your resonse to the original posting, "I thought it was this kind of thread," where do you get off sitting in judgment of member's postings? If you have nothing to contribute shut-up.

Not many people would consider Jay Powell "championship calibre", but guess who was WP in 1997 game 7? You've also got your Brian Doyles, Gene Tenaces, and Don Larsens- it's a long list.

I agree. And it's up to McKeon to determine who he thinks will rise to the occasion. Looper was a great help getting us here. But, this is not a time for rewards, it's a time for decisions. And this is not the thread . This posting is for Haiku (believe it or not!)
