It's unfair to include Clyde in this list when it was after all the fault of the PR-starved Rangers who rushed a highschool kid to the bigs and blew out his arm.

 

Had he had a chance to spend a couple of year in the minors Clyde could possibly have been the next home grown Nolan Ryan. Clyde represents one of ugliest events in the history of the game.

I think its unfair to put Jeff Allison on the list as he has started the path back to baseball ever so slowly.

 

Dude is done or at least close to it.

 

He just needs to worry about turning his life around not being on the mound.

He's got more to worry about in his life than baseball (and rightly so).

 

He's done, he's a bust. Move on and just hope he gets his life together which is really all that matters.
