Won't happen, I know, but Scott Boras reported [via MLB Network] that Prince would accept a 3 year deal. It really doesn't make sense for Boras to accept a three year deal. Why re-enter the market when Prince will only get older and possibly fatter? If he really wanted to re-enter the market he would accept a one year deal.

I just hope we can get the best possible deal for Uggla I really want the Marlins to compete next year. Maybe Uggla has an awesome spring training and his value goes up somewhat.

All in all this is looking like a mini firesale.Because none of those guys Uggla, Cantu or Ross suck.Unlike Mike Jacobs or Scott Olsen. Yet, when the Marlins do it, it's a firesale. Mind you, there's a possibility they keep 2 of those 3 players. Especially Cody Ross...all indications seem to be that he's staying. Oh please it's different when the Marlins do it. Yeah those teams add and drop players. We drop stars and try to replace them with prospects or cheap FA gambles.

im pretty sure the playoffs will consist of: phillies/cards/dodgers/rockies yankees/tigers/angels/red sox So f***ing tired of seeing the same teams and us not being apart of that group. Rox and Tigers were under .500 last year and the Cards were 4th in their division. Yeah thats correct but I didnt say the same teams from last year. I was referring to the same teams that been going to the playoffs most of the time since 2002
