Ya definitely nice to see this getting more publicity year after year. Hopefully it can become a highly anticipated event one of these days.

Yeah this is the first time I will be following along with it. It doesn't get nearly as much pub as the NBA or NFL draft.

And it shouldn't, only because it's really hard to follow the kids in the draft (don't see much college ball on national TV these days). But that may change. I can definitely see it getting bigger.

True, but a ton of the NBA draftees are European's nobody has ever heard of.

Another thing is that you're more likely to find a sleeper in MLB than NBA or NFL. A lot of the guys taken at top never pan out.

Let me start out by saying that Superman has done a terrific job covering this draft. I am so pumped for this draft which begins at 1:00 pm. As Marlin fans, we rely on the draft for obvious reasons.

I'll take Drabek or Merrero. That catcher (Horgan, or whatever?) would be fine as well if those two are taken.

Do you mean Hank Conger?

I cant pay attention at work like I wanna, no radio or Tv for it here :(

I wish we had gotten more compensation picks for Todd Jones and Connie and Enc :(

Thanks, welcome to the board.

It is only available over the internet or XM radio like jmenjes said.

Can someone give me a link to where you are listening to the draft from? I appreciate the help.

I caught the tail end of Hank's interview with Beinfest, from what i could gather he didnt offer much insight on what direction the team is looking to go in the draft. Did anybody hear otherwise?

I know we've had people to 'play by play' and post the picks with a team logo as they happened in the past (Cape has done a good job), anyone going to do that this year or should I?

Do it Superman! And save the day!

If you want to, then go ahead Passion. I should be here most of the day, so if you get tired with it I (or someone else) could take over.

I'll be leaving around 2ish, so yeah FeLo....you can take the reins after I leave. I'll let everyone know.

I'm just doing this to prevent multiple people posting the picks over eachother.
