I personally would of called up Andino instead of Aguila, and given HanRam about 5 starts rest, except for the occasional pinch hit.

 

Hanley has his own knicks and bruises that need to be healed. This would of been a golden opportunity.

I doubt Reggie will be see his BA dip from .310-.320 all the way down to .280 this late in the season, because first he would have to be over .300 to begin with

But Hanley had a .340 BA earlier, Reggie has not had that.

Hanley will be fine. He has to work himself out of this slump.

Its those injuries he had; he hasn't gotten over it.

well last time he was out of the lineup we lost 7 in a row.

 

since he came back we are 14 and 6. Hanley has a major impact on the team, depending on his injuries is what I would do. We really dont know the extent.

The voice of reason so far. Slumps are part of the game. In order for Henley to grow as a Major League player he is going to have to learn how to get out of slumps. To bench him for long period of time wont do him any good. Its to bad he doesnt bunt maybe a bunt hit could start something for him!
