June 26, 200620 yr Its funny how things get turned around after the fact. Arison said said "Stay White" and then immediately "Stay Hot", obviously referring to White Hot the slogan. And there was no crowd really when she messed up the name. (and in case youre curious, Wade Jones was the name of her campaign manager, so thats why it entered her mind). All of the proclomations were done inside the arena with only media and I guess family members and Heat employees present.

June 27, 200620 yr The worst thing about her miscue is that she started explaining how Wade Jones was her campaign manager (or something similar), and then stood next to Wade and started REPEATING all the accolades she already made about him. She just dug the hole deeper and I was laughing. The "Wade Jones" comment was hilarious. It was inside the arena, and only press/team/officials were there.
June 28, 200620 yr Lebetard got an email earlier where it was pointed out that the commissioner not only misproclaimed Wade's name, but she said the greatness was all DUE TO HIS NAME. That was so freakin' hilarios! :lol
