October 3, 200619 yr I want to know if everything else this episode was during november 8th or if only hiro's clips were in the 'future'
October 3, 200619 yr so many characters at once so far that it makes it a little difficult to really feel as one with any single one of them so far. that japanese guy is kewl though.
October 3, 200619 yr Author I have just found my new addiction! I'm still trying to figure out the Hiro storyline at the very end. I don't think enough of my brain cells are working at this time of night.

I think rather than permanently going forward in time, he merely goes forward to when something big happens, almost as a very lengthy premonition....then once he sees it, he goes back to prevent it.
October 3, 200619 yr i still want to know what ali larter's powers are i dont get them other than passing out and killing people
October 3, 200619 yr Problem with the show is it's going to the Marvel view on life which is those with powers will be persecuted and they have to hide, a la X-Men (the cheerleader even has Wolverine's powers sans claws). Give me capes and super villians any day.

Maybe he's actually a psychic. i still want to know what ali larter's powers are i dont get them other than passing out and killing people It's a tv show. October 3, 200619 yr My conclusions concerning the Japanese guy: He has yet to learn control of his powers, so in his attempt to bend just space in his journey to New York, he bent space AND time. This brought him to New York 5 weeks into the future. Did the whole show take place at this point of time? No. Because the other characters were interacting with Isaac Mendez (the younger of the two flying brothers and Mendez's girlfriend). Plus, in the Newspaper, it showed that the older brother had won the election, when for the rest of the episode they were still planning how to make up the polling differential. As an aside, this show is awesome. Very cinematic, and not cheesy at all the way I was expecting. Very Lost-esque in that regard.

Very Lost-esque in that regard. yup, that's what i figured happened with Hiro. we also saw Hiro see the artist with his brain cut out....yet saw other characters speaking with the artist. speaking of which....the whole cutting out the brain thing is wierd huh???....we saw the dude at the crime scene with his head cut off.....do you think that he had some sort of power as well?? i do.......however, i wonder why the guy at the crime scene was frozen. also....i wonder if/when the "bad guy" is gonna turn on his adopted daughter....he obviously already knows about her special ability I still have no idea what his deal is....my guess right now is that he has some crazy ability and that he is working with some government agency that is trying to contain all of the mutants...
October 5, 200619 yr I highly recommend anyone that enjoys the show go to the website and read the online comic, it expands a couple of things quite nicely. http://www.nbc.com/Heroes/
October 10, 200619 yr Another excellent episode. I still don't see all the connections, but I'm very interested to find out. That last scene was typical of what I have come to expect from the show---gore.
October 10, 200619 yr Wow. That episode was fantastic. Heroes is my new favorite addiction. If you're reading this, and haven't seen it yet, start watching it as soon as possible.

October 14, 200619 yr I just saw the rerun on scifi....holy crap on that last scene, that ish is just crazy. any thoughts on who Sylar might be?? Is he the father of the cheerleader? or maybe the black dude that was at the bar with the cop. Either way he seems to be pretty near invincible, so i suspect that at some point a weakness will be revealed (like kryptonite to superman). not too much was answered with this episode but a few new questions arise. Who is Sylar? What happened to the Cop in the bar? (I'm guessing the black dude has some power that he used, he was obviously there tracking the cop but is his intent malicious?) Just how in the hell does the story continue with the cheerleader??? holy sh*t indeed if Hiro (haha, his is the only name i actually know, i'm so terrible with names) does everything that's in the comic book, then wont that automatically lead to New York exploding??? I wouldn't be surprised if at some point he deviates from the comic. Still no clue on what the hot blonde chicks power is. Something tells me her husband may ALSO have some special ability (broke out of jail, is elluding police) and maybe the kid is hidding something too... cool show, cant wait till next week

I remember reading this way back in April (that a man has the power to escape jail or something) and I believe we don't get to see this character until episode 7.
October 14, 200619 yr cool, well, if the black guy in the bar is the husband of the hot blonde, we'll prob learn that next week.... this show is certianly not up to par with LOST, but I enjoy it. With this and Weeds both showing on monday, along with MNF....Monday is a damn fine tv night
