What would that be saying about last years team ? :mad

Can we put the argument about last year's team to bed already?

 

 

We all knew they underachieved beyond belief.

 

 

And yes its possible cause we haven't lost 80 games yet.

It still stings bro, it really hurts because that team was built to win the WS last year :confused

I still can't believe how well we've played this year. amazing.

Last year on paper was a WS team. the thing was pierre couldn't get on base as much and a majority of the pen was on the DL. Spoons and and uninjured Mota would have done wonders last year. We are good this year because we have had a lot of queality starts from the rotation.

The talent level on this years team is better than last years team. Last years team had more experienced players but the talent isnt what this team has. Talent is the reason why this team has performed so well. Beinfest deserves GM of the Year for the next 10 years. In a few years I would venture to say that these "kids" can be better than the Braves of the 90's.

We'd best keep them and not have another fire-sale. If it happens again, I can't say if this franchise could ever survive down here. I'd even doubt if I could support Loria if he does it again.

i agree completely...im so proud of our guys and im confident that we wont just settle for division titles...marlins are much fonder of that big gold trophy with all the flags :thumbup
