Denorfia is one potential center fielder who probably wouldn't cost the Marlins a member of their rotation. The Reds could ask for Yusmeiro Petit, Renyel Pinto or Sergio Mitre back in return. December 6, 200619 yr I would surely do it for Petit. That way we move Mitre in to the 5th spot and Nolasco to the back of the pen.
December 6, 200619 yr I'm pro Denorifa, his raw tools aren't amazing but his overall package and work ethic are. Hes a very good defensive CF.
December 7, 200619 yr Author He's a definite upgrade over what we have now. Here's an interesting stat. Denorfia vs Marlins 7/13 (.538 avg) 2 doubles O HR 1 RBI 1 SB Sure stroked in the 3 games over here.
December 7, 200619 yr I like this idea.. won't cost us anyone in our rotation. Nice minor league stats.. struggled after his call up but hit .352 in the last month of the season. Would Petit get it done for him?
