legacyofCangelosi
If a car tries to merge in front of me I speed up cuz i'm an a**hole. :thumbup Naw not an A-hole. That just means you contribute to traffic. Most of the traffic here isn't caused by old folks driving slow. It's by people who hang out in the left lane because they dont know its a passing lane. Also people who thin kthat at all times their foot must be either on the gas or on the brake, and don't understand that if you pace yourself properly traffic can move continuously. And people who cause a bottleneck at the merge lanes by not letting cars merge. In heavy traffic the merge lane should be 1 and 1. I hate it so much when people 'cheat' when a lane is closed ahead. I never let them back in once they do that, and a lot of times I will move my car to block the lane that is ending to keep people from speeding to the bottleneck and forcing themselves back into the proper lane. Yea thats the different, my reference to the merge lane are the people that are coming on from a ramp and have to merge and so forth
MiRi
Yea, after work when I hop on 836 from 17th ave, there's already some traffic. It ticks me off when I am entering the highway, some jerk from the proper lane decides to cut in front of me. I try not to let those people get in front of everyone else just trying to get on the highway. One my same route after work, people get on the far right lane, which will eventually turn into an exit only lane (I admit I get on that lane because it moves faster), but I hate it when people have to drive all the way to very end until they can't drive anymore and cut people off. At least I switch lanes way before that section. Some people even have the nerve to drive on the side of the road to get in front of someone. One time some guy tried to get in front of me at the very last minute, but I did not let him. Then the jerk gets mad at me. :lol Oh my goodness, and then today, there was a lot of traffic... more than usual. It ended up being a police car pushing a broken van through. Of course, morons decided to start rubber necking. Honestly, I just think that a lot of people here in Miami are just plain rude or just plain stupid. CapeFish
As someone who has driven in most of Florida's big cities frequently......I would put Orlando as the pain in the ass. Not only is there congestion, not only do you have construction, not only do you have bad weather, and not only do you have bad/rude drivers/tourists......but you also have the most obnoxious tailgaters who want to cross the State using I-4 and make good time doing it. St. Pete & Tampa have the worst expressway styles in the State. The lanes constantly change without warning, people are going 20 MPH above the speed limit, and no one knows if the magic lanes have changed since the last time you drove past. Nothing like almost getting hit by a cell phone driver who doesn't pay attention to signs or speed limits. Miami's worst issue IMO is the amount of lights and stops that could allow someone to flip you off or get out of the car and go nuts. In Tampa/St. Pete and Orlando they just run off and leave you to steam in your car. Now....Atlanta drivers are nuts....going 85-90 MPH in the I-75/85 tunnel in downtown Atlanta like it is nobody's business. Georgia 400 north of Atlanta gets shutdown daily so the Medivac chopper can come in and take some idiot to the hospital after wrecking their car in a 50 car pileup. PBCMarlinsFan
You punks down in Miami have nothing on the PBC. Come up here with that bs and you'll find yourself parked on a median.

Have you ever even been to Miami? Driving in Palm Beach County is nothing. It's a bunch of spacious roads with extremely expensive cars driving slightly over the speed limit. Flying_Mollusk
Had a DC bad driver experience the other day. Two cars are in front of me at a red light. Second guy gets out of his car, walks up to the car in front of him, and just starts yelling at him about having the right of way at a previous intersection. It was interesting to say the least. MarlinGuru
The driving in Miami is truly disgusting. A lot of people don't know what the hell a four way stop is.

MiRi
Once some crazy old man started yelling at me because I passed him. :lol It's not my fault he was going way too slow. I didn't even cut him off or anything. After I passed him, he stops next to my car (I was at the light, going to turn left), and just starts yelling. I had the windows way up so I couldn't hear a damn thing he said, which made the whole situation funnier. I just looked at him like, "WTF?" :lol Crazy old fool.
