If this happens, the migrated Yankee fans in South Florida could take over Pro Player Stadium, even more so than the Cub fans, and turn it into a second home field advantage for the Yankees.

I was watching the news this morning and Marlins fans want to face the Yanks. I kinda doubt that we're gonna see the Yanks go to the W.S., but you'll never know. I guess we just gotta wait and see.

I'm a migrated Yankees fan, but Marlins are and have been my team for 11 years!!!

the yankees are going to have alot of pressure if they face the marlins-bc everyone will be expecting the yankees to win with thier very high payroll and star players and thier playing a very young team with no experience-even the manager Jack M.-its his 1st time in the playoffs- and acc. to the media... got here by luck-but we all know that the media knows nothing about what there talking about-we didnt get here by luck-its called TALENT-and hopefully the media will learn that-so once again-the giants were under pressure bc they suppose 2 win and they lost and the same thing happned to the cubs-and now even with all that weve 'done and all that weve worked and after all the people that we've amazed-were still going 2 be expected to lose this next series vs the yanks or boston.

I think the Red Sox would be under more pressure than the Yanks, for the same reason the Cubs were feeling the heat (curses and whatnot), but no doubt the Yanks would be under a great deal of pressure to beat the Fish and to do it quickly and decisively - which I don't see happening.

Personally, I would rather play the Yanks. Not too gung-ho about facing that Sox lineup.

Yankees would be best for our franchise as a whole, beating the Yankees is like knocking out Muhammad Ali...

if the marlins beat the yanks than they will be alot more pop. than if they beat the ed sox even though they will be very pop. either way bc then thier WS Champs!

Trust me you would much rather face the Yankees than the Sox if you want to win. Their lineup is absolutely devastating...There is simply no easy out.

 

The Yankees have battled hard against the Sox, but even as a Yankee fan I see the BoSox taking this game tonight.

I for one am hoping beyond HOPE that it's the Yankees because if so, I will be going to NY fo Game One! Nothing like traveling to the opposing city, wearing your team gear and rooting for the Good Guys. I will be one of just a small handful in their stadium representing the Marlins. It's the best feeling!!!!!! I do it every interleague series against them!
