I'm guessing he could be indicted as well if they have positive tests proving Raffy was on the juice before he gave his grand jury testimony. As of now they only have the test from after the fact.

Now I dont know exactly what your thoughts are here, but you know all sorts of people will be posting celebration type posts that in my eyes will be ridiculous. Yeah, Bonds may have a crappy attitude and the like and Im no fan, but he isnt doing anything soooo many others arent doing, but he is the big one they wanted to go after. Yeah, he probably lied, but youve gotta think that while he lied to a jury he was just thinking, "why should I admit it when all these other guys I play with dont have to".... Its really prretty unfair, all these other guys do it (and dont give me the "do you have proof" crap) and it gives them an edge and a guy with an ego that wants to remain that much better than everyone else would want to do the same thing. If somebody thinks he is the only one (or one of the few) and thats why theyre happy hes going down, thats just stupid, if somebody is slightly happy because this may start to keep others from doing similar things in the future, I can understand that.
