June 12, 200818 yr Who would have ever thought that 2 Ex-Marlins would throw complete games on the same night...Well maybe Penny/Beckett or AJ/Livan. However who would have imagined Looper/Dempster be the ones to do it, in fact Looper threw a shutout! That shows how weird the game of baseball can be at times

June 12, 200818 yr My only real memory of Braden was at Veteran Stadium. Braden came in to pitch the bottom of the 11th...Pat Burrell lead off the inning, swung at Braden's first pitch, and it was a walk-off home run to left... Hated Braden for life after that one, especially when he had that dim light bulb look on his face when he would get lit up
