July 5, 200818 yr I really feel this is the crossroads of our season and what happens over the next few days will tell us what we should expect for the second half. We have seen so many bad and terrible west coast trips and we know how much they just kill the team mood and attitude. If we can bounce back tonight and get a win in any way possible, then we should be able to forget about those bad losses and hopefully work our way towards a winning road trip. If not though, you are looking at another 3-8 or 2-9 trip which will just bury us behind the Phillies, Braves, and Mets, and we probably will not recover. I know we have Josh Johnson coming back and maybe Anibal Sanchez too, and Beinfest usually makes some crafty trades, but they won't help us in the next four to five games. It's all about the players on the roster right now. They need to get the job done. They also need our support, instead of us playing the role of GM and saying who should be released or traded (I'm guilty of that too, I know). Let's go Fish!

I don't think all the talk is forgotten. I think fans just naturally feel happy after a win. No one enjoys putting a damper on the happy feeling. Why ruin the happy moments? Doesn't mean anything is forgotten.

July 5, 200818 yr our damn problem is we never win consistantly....we always win 1 or 2 and then lose 3...not win 3 or 4 then lose just 1....that why we always start good and then hover at .500
