If Hooper does as good as he did last year in spring training then i would take Hooper and go after a 2nd baseman as well but i dont know about grudzelanik or how ever you spell his name. I would go after some other second basemen.

I would like livan in our team,and grudz at second,or any other cheap 2nd baseman.i wish we could get renteria,lol.

Yes, but we don't need ANOTHER starting pitcher. I didn't think he was. I thought he pitched enough innings so an option for 2004 kicked in.

Hooper sucked a** this year at AAA. I wouldn't count on him to play 2B any time in the near future. I'd see if Cabrera (assuming Lowell is gone) could play 2B before signing anyone

He's more of a Dave Berg-type versatile player who would be good to have on the bench.
