Well i know everyone is enraged after the loss tonight, not specifically because of the loss but because of how we lost. I dont know about everyone else but i wanted our players to hold themselves accountable for the loss and say they made of mistake or did not do their job. i know i read that uggla said he made mistake though he still pisses me off how he could of made that type of mistake. After the game willingham said "We were right there and we didn't get it....That's part of it. Sometimes you get them in, sometimes you don't." This pisses me off, with one out and a guy on third he did not perform, although it was really hermida's job but still, and thats what i wanted him to say, just to hold himself accountable because he certainly has not been performing the past couple months. What do you guys think about what he said?

What do you expect? No one seems capable of losing their jobs on this team, even if they get outplayed by "bench players".

not that it was all his fault but that he didnt do what he was supposed to do, bring in the run from third with less than one out which is exactly what i wrote in the intro if you read everything that i wrote

well i dont expect him to lose his job either unless he really struggles. however, i am strangely optimistic after this game cause i i dont think or hope we can play any worse

as much as keeping the bat on the shoulder sucked, it was more than his fault..... The three batters after Hanley couldn't do sh*t. It is unbelievable.

Josh said the right things /thread

While I am as upset as anyone over the failure to bring Hanley in, I am most upset at Jeremy, not because he didn't do it, but how he looked not doing it. He basically looked clueless, flailing away at the first two pitches, especially the second one, out of the zone and swinging late also. There was such a lack of confidence in his approach and look that was very disturbing.

Yeah that was really good but the bad thing is that we never win when thoose 2 teams lose you gonna see tomorrow that we win and that mutts and phils will win.

I don't have a problem with anything Josh said, what is he supposed to say, "I suck?" That being said, I'm still calling for him to be benched or moved down in the lineup. He's clearly not healthy, no bat speed.
