hermida wasnt looking at the ump before he stepped out, if the ump said "time" and then hermida stepped out then i blame the ump. even if the ump half lifted his hands hermida was not looking at the ump when he decided to step out without knowing for sure if the ump gave him time

I really can't defend him, there. He has been a disappointment. Not the biggest...but certainly a disappointment.
