Recently I have noticed that the Rays have been on SUN and FSN. The Marlins are ONLY on FSN. Does anyone know if Comcast in Tally chose to fully cover the Rays and not the Marlins? If this is the case, I will be storming into the comcast station ASAP .

I am talking about Tallahassee. I dont get the Marlins on SUN but I do get them on FSN. I get the Rays on both SUN and FSN in Tally.

It was this way last year so I wouldn't be surprised if that is the case.

 

Comcast sure does suck.

in jacksonville it is the same , rays are shown on sun sports , the marlins are not

Tampa is closer to Tallahassee and Jacksonville than it is to Miami.Or should I say Miami is farther away from northern Florida than Tampa is.

 

 

The FSU and UF baseball teams are on SunSports alot but UM isn't unless they're playing them. I'm guessing that's a contractual issue and not a geographic issue like the thread topic.

I'm in Gainesville and the Marlins are on the both SUN and FSN. Today I watched the game on SUN.

The Marlins were here first so they should have first priority :thumbup .

By that logic the Yankees should have priority over the Marlins. Before the Marlins existed, Yankees games were on channel 33 WBFS or 39 WDZL (pretty sure it was 33) down here which showed WPXI 11 from NY. I don't know how often but I vaguely remember 1 or 2 occasions.

Difference is the Florida in Florida Marlins and the fact that Jacksonville and Tally are not part of Tampa Bay.

The only reason I moved from Tallahassee to Orlando last week was because I needed my Marlins fix.

Yes, I believe yesterday's game was on SUN and I had it. I am on BrightHouse Networks (thank god) after dealing with the horrors of Comcast for almost 5 years.

Awesome. When I get a job or an internship after graduation I am going to make sure I am COMPLETELY out of Marlins territory or COMPLETELY in Marlins territory (if I have a choice of cities for a job/internship).

Spring of 2010 (mini-pre-med :lol ). Right before I graduate I have to apply for an internship. The most difficult thing is that I dont know if I will get accepted until 1 week before graduation.
