I didn't even realize that. Gload ahead of Uggla and Cody is stupidity.

 

But 1 step at a time I guess.

 

I'm not saying it is, but it could be this: Fredi is hitting Gload further up in the lineup, because he's hit Shields so well in his career. In 11ABs, Gload is hitting .455 against him. Again, I'm not saying that is Fredi's rationale, but either way I'm pretending it is.

You see that Fredi, that is what John Baker brings in the 2 spot that Bonifacio doesn't, SITUATIONAL HITTING.
