Actually, the MLB.TV stream is quite funny today. The audio is from 790 The Ticket and the guy doing the audio obviously hasn't brought his earphones and he keeps turning the sound up and down every time there's an advert or station id.

I get that too, very annoying, ''HEY UMP!!!''

other then that, its perfect tonight

Miller is looking sharp tonight. Long may it continue!

Btw JRD and Superfish, how often do u get to watch the games considering the annoying factor known as time difference from living in the UK?

I can sign onto 2 different computers at the same time and it works fine.

Different access points?

Nah I don't think so. I can sign on both my laptop and the home computer which both get their signal from a wireless router.

You can only login from one route-in ip address at a time, which will be the one of your router.

Does your MLB.TV work okay? The most I can get is the 1.2Mb stream, but then I do live out in der country. I also run it in mplayer on Ubuntu linux as the Flash Player on Windows with my Intel integrated graphics is terrible, even though my PC specs are way above the recommended minimum.

MLB.TV will be blacked out in Miami, even if you use an out-of-state login (I know, I used my UK login whilst in Lauderdale and was blacked out). You can only watch it in Florida as an archived game, 90 minutes after it has finished.

I've seen 78 games this season, the very dodgy MLB.TV permitting. Tomorrow's game is on ESPN America, thank god.

yay for boni with two bunt singles

yay for a sb

wtf @ another cs at 3b. What happened there? Horrible choice or great throw/play by catcher?

Horrible choice, but he was in. Bang-bang call that went to the Pirates.

Dang. Miller's No-hitter goes with a homer.

Awesome, I was not aware of this!

Most of the time my MLB.tv works great. It does occasionally stutter from time to time. Sometimes while watching the games I open up too many other windows, reading other articles, checking fantasy scores, facebook/twitter etc and as a result my laptop and MLB.tv slows right down and I have to watch on another computer for a time.

1.9 meg, but as I said, I'm out in the countryside and it's the most I can get. We only got electricity here in 2003.

Channel five haven't broadcast any baseball this season. They've cut all US sports, which is why I got ESPN America.

For JRD: Have to wonder why on earth ESPN America would broadcast the Marlins v Pirates game tomorrow. Surely must be some other matchup of better teams at the same time?
