Marlins win 7-2!

W: Vandenhurk (3-2)

L: Blanton (12-8)

2B: C Coghlan (29); C Maybin 2 (11)

Really didn't watch much of tv game but I saw Cam went 4-5 so I voted for him. Hopefuly this builds his confidence some more.

Terrific game by the fish. Vandenhurk did a great job, so did the pen.

Cantu: 99 RBIs, Maybin: 4-3, Cogs: Unstoppable.

All and all, I'm happy with the team.

Great game for Cameron.

Too bad he can only help the team when the season is over for us.

You just can't resist letting the hatred slip through, can ya.

Maybin's batting average upto .257 which while it's not what we hoped from him going into the season, it is at least getting back to being respectable.

Also, he is hitting .313 since September 1st.

Personally I'd ignore his (Maybin) early numbers and concentrate on what he's done at both levels since he went down. I'm more concerned about his need to defense centerfield walls around the league better than his ability in the batter's box. When he puts it all together he's going to be something to watch.

tough to achieve....especially when a nice payout is staring at you....
